Short, and written the same way as the rest of this site: what is actually true, not what sounds reassuring.

If you send the form

Recorded: the name, the phone number, the ZIP code and the text you type into the details box. Attached automatically: which page you landed on first, which page you sent it from, the site that referred you if there was one, and any campaign tags on the link you followed.

If you call instead

The number published here is a tracking line rather than an operator's own phone. Calls to it are logged and may be recorded by the call tracking provider, which is how a call is matched back to the site that produced it.

The two places it goes

To the independent operator whose territory covers the ZIP you send, so somebody can ring you back, and to whoever runs this site. That is the entire distribution list. Nothing is sold, rented, traded, appended to a marketing database or passed to a third party who had no part in answering you.

Not asked for at any point

An account, a password, a card number, a date of birth. Payment happens between you and whoever does the work, offline and away from these pages.

What sits in your own browser

A single stored value noting the page your visit started on, so a form sent four pages later still reports where you arrived from. It does nothing else and it follows you nowhere else.

How long any of it is kept

As long as it is useful for chasing up a job or sorting out a dispute about one. Ask and your record comes out of this site's copy. Whatever the operator keeps in their own books is theirs, so that request has to go to them.

Children

None of this is aimed at children and nothing is knowingly collected from them.

If this changes

Anything material gets rewritten here. There is no list to notify, because no list is kept.
